Event Space Rental

Requirements:

  • For Groups of 8+ (multiple beauty services)
  • For Groups of 13+ (nail services only)
  • 2 hour minimum
  • Credit Card deposit:
    • $150 non-refundable fee to secure the Event Date
    • Fee will be applied towards Total Rental Fee
  • Remainder of Total Rental fee is due 72 hours prior to the Event Date

Policies:

  • Event space rental fees are in addition to any beauty services rendered
  • Cancellations:
    • 72+ hours prior to Event Date = 50% of Total Rental fee refund, excluding $150 non-refundable fee
    • <72 hours prior to Event Date = No refund
  • All beauty services must be pre-booked a minimum of 5 days in advance to determine staffing/availability
  • For changes to requested beauty services at the time of the event:
      • Upgrade/Add-On (if time allows) – Guest is charged for the upgraded/add-on service
      • Downgrade – Guest is charged for the originally scheduled service
